The grand prize of £80,000 goes towards the winner's racing budget and helps the young competitors on their way to superstardom. Finalists Jody Fannin, Tom Ingram, Daniel Lloyd and Ollie Millroy have been put through a rigorous testing program and evaluation process at the Porsche Experience Center.

The program consisted of media assessment, fitness testing, panel interviews and their driving acumen in the 450hp 911 GT3 Cup car. The winner of the 2012 Porsche Carrera Cup GB Scholarship was announced at the Porsche Driving Experience Silverstone by the managing director of Porsche GB Geoff Turral. Daniel Lloyd took home first place and the £80-large that comes with it. He will be participating in the Porsche Carrera Cup 2012 and we look forward to seeing him in action.
