Video: BMW 1M’s Perfect Balance

M Performance

Perfect Balance = Perfect Performance.

BMW's M Division is no doubt proud of their many accomplishments. One of those is the fact that their cars have excellent balance, allowing for optimal handling and performance on both the track and streets. And in this new M Division commercial, they want to emphasize just how important the balance factor is for them. We know all of their models have excellent performance numbers, but having proper weight distributed at both ends is also an extremely important factor.

When this occurs, it's possible to cut several seconds off lap times because the car will perform better when going through the corners. Overall, it's a very clever and simple way of making their point. German precision at its finest.
