Not long ago, we brought you pictures of the Glickenhaus Ferrari P4/5 Competizione under construction. Proudly displayed on the group's Facebook page, the F430 Scuderia-based competition car is now reaching the final stages of its development. These new photos show the nearly finished car, complete with that large rear wing and plenty of exposed carbon fiber. It will be making its racing debut later this year.
The most recent testing was done by racing pilot Fabrizio Giovanardi and engineer Paolo Garella in Torino, Italy. In the most recent Facebook update, it was reported that "the test was fine, or better fantastic. The car is so easy to drive and all the controls light and very direct.
The circuit was very short but I was able to go up to 3rd gear. Engine and gearbox very light." Be sure to check out the video to hear the Competizione's fantastic engine sound.
