Check out this time-lapse video of the iconic 1962 Volkswagen campervan being constructed entirely from Lego. The replica is superb and boasts a host of instantly recognizable features such as the 3-way color split 'V' at the front, rounded pop-up roof and opening 'splittie' safari front window. On the inside there's an authentic VW air-cooled flat four cylinder boxer engine, a front cabin bench seat, authentic spherical speedometer and genuine plaid-print textile curtains.

The piece de resistance, however, are the rear doors that open to reveal a detailed engine. Put simply, this is awesome and if you feel like investing in this Lego kit, this video should help you out; however you might want to try slowing it down a tad.
