Video: Making Of The Mercedes-Benz A-Class Concept

2011 Shanghai Auto Show

Mercedes-Benz shows the process of designing the A-Class Concept.

Mercedes-Benz has released a video detailing the process of designing the A-Class Concept, which debuted at the Shanghai and New York auto shows. It shows the process from sketch to completed concept, and makes Mercedes-Benz's design studio look like the most German thing since Bismarck. It's always cool to see a concept come together like this, and with the A-Class Concept there is the added benefit of it being such a cool-looking car.

It's a pretty good bet that the production won't be quite this cool, but the video is still interesting.
