After an impressive debut at Top Marques Monaco, Spada Vetture Sport has released full details about the Codatronca Monza. The unique ride was commissioned by Aznom and based on the 2008 Codatronca coupe. This powerful racer carries a supercharged 7.0-liter V8 engine blasting out 710hp and 701 lb-ft of torque. The 2,600lb supercar is equipped with a six-speed manual transmission and can spring from 0-62mph in a quick 3 seconds and can hit a top speed of 208mph.

The Codatronca Monza draws its inspiration from 1960's roadsters and was designed for luxury and speed. This ride, however, is fully modern in every stretch of the imagination. It has an aluminum chassis, composite body, Oz Ultra-leggera racing wheels with Pirelli PZero Corsa tires and is brought to a halt using Brembo brakes. Even the interior has a modern flair, with Sabelt seats and belts accompanied by an Aim steering wheel. The Monza uses a GPS location system and includes the use of an on board camera Aim Smartycam that can record HD videos. The fully adjustable suspension system is derived from the FIA GT3.

The Spada Vetture Sport Codatronca Monza is a one-off, however SVS will build a production model on demand. They also plan on building a new stock model for street use based on the Codatronca Monza. Check out the video of the open-top racer below.
