We've just come across this new video taken by Italian car spotter Marchettino of the Spada Codatronca Monza showing off its Italian beauty and wonderful sound at the track. It was originally conceived as a tribute to the Monza circuit and its design is reminiscent of those classic roadsters from the 1960s, albeit with a modern twist. Believe it or not, it's based on the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, but the radical body styling doesn't make that so apparent.

Powered by a supercharged 7.0-liter V8 with 710hp and 701lb-ft of torque, it's mated to a six-speed manual. Weighing in at around 2,600 pounds, it can go from 0 to 60mph in just 3 seconds and has a top speed of 208mph. This particular Spada isn't for sale, as it's a one-off unit built for Italian tuning house Aznom.
