The Ferrari 599 replacement is inching ever closer to its official debut.

Ferrari's latest V12 flagship will debut on February 29th in Geneva right before the Motor Show kicks off on March 6th. Billed as "the most powerful Ferrari ever," the 620 GT is set to replace the 599 and rival the Lambo Aventador with over 700hp.

Running on a 6.3-liter V12 engine with a rumored output of as high as 740hp, the Ferrari 620 GT should usher in a "new era of extreme V12 cars." The footage was shot at the Pista di Fiorano racetrack near Maranello, Italy. Owned by Ferrari, the private track served as the perfect testing ground for the Italian automaker's latest flagship.
