Video: The Street-Legal Nissan Juke-R Finally Hits the Track

The Juke-R is in the shakedown and testing phase; looks great on the track.

The Nissan Juke-R has been unleashed on the track for the first time in the Japanese company's promo series. The unholy alliance between a GT-R and a Juke looks awesome in action during the 'Shakedown and Testing' phase.

If you pay close attention to the end, you get to hear Godzilla's guts roar out of the Juke body. Though you can't hear much in the video, all 480hp from the street-legal concept's twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 engine come out in the final scene. The testing phase is especially in-depth, as they gave the concept all the attention a normal production car would receive. It was run at Nissan's MIRA proving ground before they took it over to Silverstone and pushed it to the limit.
