Video: Top Gear Parody Earns Special Praise from Show’s Producer

Motoring TV

A Top Gear Eco Special Spoof comes highly recommended. Top Gear producer also gives it his backing.

There's something uniquely addictive about Top Gear's tried and tested formula that sees Jeremy Clarkson abuse a car or two, James May represent the level-headed car fan, and a challenge that ranges from the absurd to the ridiculous. The editing and videography are also always first class, and taking all these factors into consideration a couple of the show's loyal fans have produced a brilliant parody of the two stars testing electric cars around the streets of central London.

To give the spoof some credibility, Top Gear producer Andy Wilman has given it his personal backing, praising the pair for their creative endeavor and superb character interpretations.
