Having recently obtained her A-license for racing, Andrea Friedrich (aka Miss Yamaha 2012) took her MkV Golf GTI TFSI Club Sport to Senden-based tuning house BBM Motorsport. So when racing in events such as the Nurburgring Long Distance Championship, she'll have a fighting chance to finish. BBM's first course of action was to bump the GTI's power from 200 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque to steady 336 hp and 339 lb-ft, which was achieved by implementing a K04 turbocharger and Supersprint exhaust system.

The lovely Andrea should now be able to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 171 mph. The German tuner also fitted a big double-DIN charge air cooler, a sport clutch by ZF / Sachs Motorsport, 18-inch TEC rims by ASA, an adjustable KW Club Sport coilover suspension, a Stoptech brake system, and a Wiechers safety cage.

Completing the package is a matte baby blue foil wrap by Bruxsafol, which was applied by Jaded Design. The price for this rebuild was 19,500 Euros plus installation, but we hope Andrea received a discount simply for getting our engines revving in return.
