The hugely popular VW Tiguan will soon be available with R-Line accessories for the interior and exterior, in order to make the restyled 2012 model even more appealing to potential buyers. Both packages can be bought separately, and the exterior accessories include sportier, more aggressive front & rear bumpers featuring matt chrome inserts, a roof spoiler and rear diffuser. R-Line logos, aluminum door sill plates and Sterling Silver painted 19-inch Mallory alloys complete the package.

Available on any Candy White, Reflex Silver Metallic, Deep Black Pearl Effect, Night Blue Metallic or Pepper Gray Metallic Tiguan, it will cost $3,390 to upgrade this SUV with these accessories. $1,160 will be enough to get you a host of interior upgrades including a pair of sports seats, unique upholstery, a sporty steering wheel, black headliner, and aluminum pedals. For leather seats there's an additional charge of $2,920. At this stage it's unknown whether VW will make the R-Line accessory packages available for Tiguans in the U.S.
