It's been on the market for 40 years and to celebrate this landmark achievement, Volkswagen has created the Golf Edition Concept. Developed exclusively for the Chinese market, the anniversary edition Golf wears a new "Magic Morning" body color, which VW describes as being metallic white with a 'golden shimmer' when viewed at certain angles. It also sits on a set of 19-inch "Madrid" alloys, while the mirror caps are finished in matt chrome and the B pillars sport a badge with a laurel wreath engraved with the number '40.'

Inside, two-tone St. Tropez and black leather upholstery adorns the cabin, complemented by Sevilla leather piping, genuine wood inlays, piano black trim, illuminated door sill plates and diamond stitching.
