Van

From late 1949 until this past December, Volkswagen built one of the most iconic vehicles the world has ever know: the Kombi, or better known simply as the Bus in the US. By the late 1960s in the US, during the height of the counterculture movement, the van earned the nickname the "Hippie van," a designation many people still refer to it as. And like the original Beetle, VW always kept the van's basic setup intact: rear-engined, rear-wheel-drive and that sliding door.

Assembly later went on to take place in many countries throughout the world, with Brazil building it up to the end of 2013. And now VW has released this touching video farewell after 64 years of production.
