Wald International Mercedes-Benz R230 SL-Class

SEMA 2011

Wald International gives an AMG-like touch to the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class.

Japanese tuners Wald International have given their familiar "Black Bison" treatment to the Mercedes-Benz R230 SL-Class. This treatment is primarily a cosmetic one, and it takes cues from the model's AMG version while still remaining distinct. Most notable is the new front fascia, which now has large LED-flanked ducts, again reminiscent of the AMG. There are new side skirts as well, and flared wheel arches hunched over a new set of wheels.

These wheels are 20-inch Renovatio R12's. The rear fascia has also been changed, and now features a new exhaust setup and trunk spoiler. This newest Black Bison Edition will be shown at SEMA in Las Vegan next month, and can be found at the booth belonging to Wald International's US distributer Jonari Corporation.
