Somebody give this man a freaking medal.
As a child, PeterGiacobbi watched Juan Manuel Fangio and Phil HIll tempt fate by pushing theFerrari 250 Testa Rossa to its limits. Giacobbi didn't have millions lying around but still wanted to experience the same feeling of speed as his childhood idols. So hedid what any enthusiast would do and built his own Ferrari. While his hand-built 250 Testa Rossa is not 100-percent authentic, his labor of love is one ofthe most beautiful things to ever come out of someone’s garage.
Giacobbi is no stranger to building exotic sports cars as he was DeLorean’s director of engineeringfor a number of years. Check out Giacobbi’s story and his remarkable project to get a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
