Last week, ABT Sportsline presented the RS Q8-S as a successor to the limited-edition RS Q8-R. The regular Audi RS Q8 is already one of the most potent SUVs on the market with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 591 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, but ABT cranked it up to 740 hp and 678 lb-ft. If you thought Audi's super SUV couldn't get any more extreme, then think again because German tuner MTM has taken it to the next level.

With the aftermarket tuner's Stage 4 tuning kit installed, the RS Q8's output is boosted to an insane 1,001 horsepower and 921 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful RS Q8 we've seen yet.

In stock form, the RS Q8 will hit 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds, which is impressive for a large SUV. MTM hasn't revealed any performance specifications, but it's safe to say this behemoth will hit 60 mph from a standstill a few tenths of a second faster.

To see what it can do, MotorOliTV took the modified RS Q8 for a performance run on the German autobahn at night. On an empty stretch of autobahn, the RS Q8 reached a top speed of 329 km/h according to the GPS - that's 203 mph. With ceramic brakes, the standard RS Q8 will top out at 190 mph, so the performance boost has made a huge improvement.

Whereas ABT's RS Q8 wears an aggressive body kit with an array of aero upgrades, the exterior modifications on this modified RS Q8 are surprisingly subtle. Compared to the standard model, MTM's RS Q8 rides a few inches closer to the ground, giving it a sportier stance. Other than that, there are no obvious enhancements, making this a true sleeper SUV.

It even still rides on standard factory 23-inch wheels and doesn't have any MTM badging that tells people this is no ordinary RS Q8. There are no pricing details, but expect to pay a huge premium for this level of performance over the stock RS Q8, which starts at $114,500.
