Quarter Mile

Watch A 2,000 HP Nissan GT-R Destroy the Quarter-Mile World Record

7.49 seconds @ 189 mph!

It’s a record that changes hands with relative frequency, and just a few months after the AMS Alpha Omega GT-R broke the record, this unbelievable Nissan GT-R – boosted to over 2,000 horsepower by ETS – managed to clock a time of 7.49 seconds @ 189 mph. Extreme Turbo Systems lined up its heavily modified Godzilla at the TX2K15, and the supercar killer annihilated the world record, which stood at 7.70 secs @ 186 mph, on its very first attempt.

Check out the record run here. Good luck trying to go faster than this beast in a straight line.
