We've seen a number of odd things happen in the past week, specifically two totally unrelated incidents involving Chevy Silverados. The first was a gas station attendant who was nearly run over by the angry driver following an argument. The second was a Silverado driver fleeing police and flipping over a highway barrier after a patrol car performed a PIT maneuver. The guy's truck managed to land on all four wheels and kept going until he eventually surrendered.

And now there's been another weird event, this time involving an older model Chevy Impala. The Impala did nothing wrong, just like the Silverados, but its owner/driver has definitely had better days.

The Brandon, Manitoba police department has just posted a surprisingly entertaining video on its official Twitter account showing a local gas station's video footage of the driver hitting and kicking the gas pump and control panel. His repetitive punching clearly doesn't solve whatever problem he had. He even removed the pump's handle from his car and then smashed it against the pump itself in a fit of rage. So clearly it wasn't pumping gasoline but, again, so what?

Towards the end of the video is appears the guy is yelling at someone, perhaps, the station attendant, before ultimately giving up. But this wasn't before throwing away the pump handle instead of properly putting it back where it belongs. He closes his car's gas cap, hops inside and drives off. He still didn't manage to pump gas.

The local police would very much like to know who this guy is and what was his exact problem because, you know, the safety of other gas station pumps are at stake here. It doesn't appear he did anything illegal because there doesn't seem to be any physical damage.

But still, people with anger management issues like this need to get some help before something even worse happens, like trying to run over someone using their truck.
