Check out this phenomenal first lap at a GT3 race in Monza.
It appears the Nissan GT-R is just as formidable on the track as off it, with this spectacular video of a GT3 racer shot from inside the cabin recording the first lap of the Blancpain Endurance Series race at Monza. Starting at the back of the grid in 32nd spot, British driver Alex Buncombe was able to slice through the field populated by Porsche, Aston Martin, McLaren, Bentley, Mercedes and Lamborghini drivers, making up a phenomenal 18 places on the first lap.
Buncombe and his teammates were driving in the Nissan GT Academy Team RJN and finished the race in 13th. Check out the action and keep in mind these GT racers have been homologated to the same general spec. So, in theory, all the cars are equally capable.
