If you're a fan of the Fast & Furious franchise, you had better pay attention: FinanceBuzz is looking for the right contender to watch all 10 movies for $1,000. So what's the catch? You have to do some work. The financial website will require you to document every car crash that results in damage. Even if you're vaguely familiar with the movies, you'll know that each installment is filled with dramatic wrecks and spectacular fireballs.

Aside from that, you'll have to count the number of accidents, which cars are involved, and the severity of the damages. It sounds like quite the task, but very few jobs will pay you to watch movies.

So why is FinanceBuzz doing this? Well, the company wants to use the results to "estimate the insurance impact of the franchise's reckless driving."

If you think you'll be sitting around on the couch, half paying attention while sitting on your phone, you're not going to cut the mustard. Watching all 10 movies (including the latest movie, in theaters May 19) will require razor-sharp focus. After all, it's more than 20 hours of viewing, and the lucky candidate must pay attention to every little detail.

What's more, the job also requires you to document which vehicles were involved in accidents; you'll have to be able to identify just about everything, from a Dodge Charger to a Vauxhall Astra. Then again, this could be an effortless task for a super fan of the franchise.

Being paid $1,000 to watch 10 of your favorite movies sounds like a dream job. Aside from that, FinanceBuzz will also pay you an additional $100 to cover snacks and online movie rentals.

Even the most seasoned fan may struggle to wrap their head around the sheer damage and destruction in Fast & Furious movies. If you're interested, there are a few things you need to know. Applicants must live in the United States and be at least 18 years of age, which eliminates at least half of the F&F fanbase.

You'll need to send in your application by May 19 at 11:59 ET, and the finance company notes that the lucky candidate will be announced by May 26. Should you be lucky enough to get the gig, you'll have just two weeks to watch the entire series, which should be enough time to document the carnage and destruction.

In 2021, a British insurance company conducted a similar experiment and discovered that a total of 1,487 cars had been wrecked in the long-lived series. With the addition of two new movies since then, that number has almost certainly skyrocketed.
