Shelby American recently unveiled its 2015 Shelby GT. Essentially a heavily modified version of the Ford Mustang GT, the new model - priced at almost $40k over the price of the donor car – will be ready for delivery this summer, and thanks to Beau Ackx we have the first video footage of the awesome muscle car as it undergoes track testing. Powered by the Stang's 5.0-liter Coyote V8 tuned to deliver 627 hp thanks to a Ford Racing supercharger and sport exhaust system, or 700 hp with the optional performance package, it boasts insane performance.

It also looks the part thanks to a carbon-fiber body kit, 20-inch rims, a unique grille, and a host of other upgrades. Hat tip to Beau for the video.
