Most gearheads who are acquainted with the Tesla Model S P85D know that the impressive electric performance sedan has carved out a reputation for being an acceleration beast. The Model S boasts Tesla's most powerful powertrain to date with a dual electric motor capable of producing an incredible 691 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque that propels the car to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. The Model S is so fast, in fact, that it has two acceleration modes, "Sport" and "Insane."
