Walter Rohrl certainly knows his way around a race car, let alone a race car made for the streets. The German born, multi World Rally Champion has driven for the likes of Lancia, Audi, BMW and, of course, Porsche. His current gig is Porsche's senior test driver, so naturally he was tasked with showing off the new 911 GT2 RS to the crowd at Goodwood last month. Fortunately, Porsche mounted an onboard dash cam so that everyone can experience what it's like for Rohrl at the wheel of Porsche's most powerful street machine of all time.

Powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six with 690 hp and a clocked 0-62 mph time of just 2.7 seconds, the GT2 RS is not something for amateurs. Skill and respect is required, two traits Rohrl very much has.

Fellow Porsche driver Mark Webber, based on his feedback, even suggested the GT2 RS could wind up setting a Nurburgring lap record. Would anyone be surprised by that? Doubtful. Limited to just 1,000 examples, all of which are already spoken for, the Porsche 911 GT2 RS is already a legend. Just like its driver in the video here.
