Watch the Porsche 911 Carrera S and 911 GT3 Cup Car at the Goodwood Hill

Goodwood Festival of Speed

The Porsche 911 takes on the 2012 Goodwood Hill Climb.

Porsche has just released these videos of their 911 Carrera S and GT3 Cup Car taking on the Goodwood Hill during this year's 2012 Festival of Speed. Powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six with 400hp, the latest generation (type 991) 911 had no problem handling the famous hill climb and the notes coming from its flat-six are nothing less than symphonic. The GT3 car, based on the previous generation type 997 911, was piloted by Daniel Lloyd and it's also powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six but with 450hp.

We'll hopefully be having plenty more of Goodwood pictures in the coming days so stay tuned. In the meantime, enjoy the videos.
