Don't do what this guy does in the video ahead. "It's really dumb," in his own words. That's because he attempted to drive his summer tire-equipped Mustang GT in the snow. Why didn't he swap out that summer rubber for winter tires? Because he lives in Virginia and, typically speaking, the southern state doesn't usually get much snow. But not this year, thanks to last week's blizzard that struck as far south as Georgia.

Virginia and the surrounding area including Washington, D.C. were hit unusually hard and it took a few days to dig out of the mess. But without those winter tires, rear-wheel-drive cars simply can't handle snow and ice. Not even slightly.
