She has no concept of distance between her and other parked cars. Heck, she has no concept of distance between her car and empty space in general. The mind reels. What's worse, she banged into the red Mazda3 whose owner, who wasn't aware of this, actually tried to help the woman get out of her predicament. She drove away without saying anything.
