We'll find out for sure this June.
Set to debut this June, Alfa Romeo's all-new midsize sedan will hopefully be the answer to getting the Italian brand revitalized in the North American market. At the moment, just the limited edition 4C is on sale, and it's not exactly the ideal daily driver. But Alfa wants to change that with its new sport sedan. Set to be built on an all-new rear-wheel-drive platform, it will compete directly against the BMW 3 and even 5 Series. In fact, according to a previous report, the still unnamed Alfa will be sized between those Bimmers.
And while we wait for that Alfa to debut, rendering artist Theophilus Chin has come up with his vision for what the production version could look like. It borrows plenty of styling cues from the now discontinued 159, which certainly isn't a bad thing. We're willing to bet Alfa is going to go with a more aggressive and updated design, but we'll have to wait until next summer to find out for sure.
