It's been teased a few times already and we've also spotted it testing at the Nurburgring. What we didn't know was when the all-new 2018 Aston Martin Vantage would be fully unveiled. Thanks to a simple tweet from the British carmaker, we now have an official answer. The big day will be on November 21. Aston Martin's tease campaign has already shown the front and rear ends, as well as the entire car, though it was covered in yellow and black camouflage.

From what we could tell, there's a strong resemblance between it and the DB10 featured in the James Bond flick, "Spectre." Other details, mainly packaging, are still being kept under wraps. We can safely assume that power will come courtesy of the same AMG-developed twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 with around 500 hp. The current V8 Vantage has 430 hp. Sources also indicate buyers will be able to choose between either a six-speed manual or a dual-clutch transmission. As is the case with the outgoing Vantage, Aston Martin will, at some point, offer its successor with a V12. Expect the DB11's twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12 for that sacred purpose.

Looking even further ahead, a hardcore AMR-branded Vantage will arrive, though it's too early to speculate when that will come. For now, the countdown clock to the new Vantage debut is officially underway with less than two weeks to go.
