You have to admire the brute honesty.
There are many types of tests for cars such as slalom tests, hard acceleration and hard braking. One of the more interesting of these is the moose test. The moose test is performed to see how well a car evades a suddenly appearing obstacle. Some cars pass the test, others don't do so well, even some of the more high-end models. One of those cars is the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Czech Republic has done something bad to reflect that. In case you don't know what's going on, here's a video recap.
It's really surprising to see what cars can do to avoid a set of cones. Even if it is poorly done.
The text says "Oops! Have you tried maneuvers like this? #Jeep" which is probably the most ridiculous caption we've seen based on a poorly executed maneuver test. This is very dangerous because this means that the car has the potential of tipping over when, say, trying to evade a moose on the road. This will surely make people distrustful of the car's handling capabilities and this a big fail for Jeep Czech Republic. With a starting price of just over $30,000, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is still good value, even if it can't evade suddenly appearing obstacles as well as other full-size SUVs.
Although it has a 3.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine with direct injection, giving the big car around 17/25 mpg on the city and highway, it's all pointless if it can't avoid a moose on the road. Just imagine how ridiculous a Hellcat version would be.
