China is a country with over 1.3 billion people and an army of some 2,285,000 active soldiers and another 800,000 in the reserves. Their 2012 military budget, second only to that of the U.S. is reportedly about $106.4 billion USD. For a country that so heavily invests in their military, charmingly called the People's Liberation Army, you'd think they'd be busy developing state-of-the-art technologies as well as properly training their soldiers to understand the basics, you know, like judging height.

But let's not too carried away here and let our expectations get too high. China is said to be the biggest military threat to the United States today, but after seeing these photos, we just don't feel as concerned anymore. This flatbed truck was carrying what is reportedly called the ZLT05 tank, a vehicle that has a 105mm gun and a few other machine guns here and there. Oh yeah, there are also grenade launchers. But all of those deadly weapons weren't enough to get the tank out of this situation. The driver of the flatbed is clearly an idiot and even the passerby on the bike must have been laughing at him. And now all of us can too.
