The late great comedian George Carlin once mused: "You ever notice that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?" Yeah, I miss him too, but thanks to a seemingly never-ending stream of dash cam Russian-made videos, we're able to witness idiots and maniacs doing things together behind the wheel more times than we ever thought possible. To be fair, there are bad drivers everywhere in the world and they speak all languages.

Russia just seems to have the lion share, and here's yet another example. Attempting to weave his way through traffic, a driver forgets the first rule of weaving: don't ever do it when sat behind a large truck blocking the view ahead ahead.
