As the future of Top Gear is still being decided, we've just now learned that Richard Hammond and James May have wrapped up filming a few sequences that previously weren't completed due to Clarkson's suspension. According to the UK's Telegraph, the two co-hosts completed scenes at the show's test track at Dunsfold last week. Jeremy Clarkson, obviously, was not involved. While that was happening, speculation began to mount about a supposed offer the BBC has out to Hammond and May:
1 million pounds a year to continue as Top Gear hosts, while the third personality will be a different guest host each week. Again, that's a rumor that neither side is confirming. We've also heard that our favorite trio could jump ship together to another network for an all-new show. So what will ultimately happen? Bookmakers, such as William Hill, "were offering 5/1 for them to return to another series of Top Gear, but following news of the sums that have been offered to the pair, we have slashed the odds to 5/4."
