Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused this giant sinkhole in Brooklyn yesterday morning. As you can see from the images, a huge chunk of the corner at Fifth Avenue and 64th Street in Brooklyn's Sunset Park has been opened up, revealing exposed water lines and pipes that are normally kept hidden by tarmac. Large enough to devour a car, the sinkhole may have been caused by negligence in maintaining the road, and the authorities will now be working around the clock to restore order to the area and close up the hole ASAP.
