When it comes to crazy automotive renderings grounded in reality there's Theophilus Chin and everyone else. He has imagined everything from a modern BMW 8 Series to a Mercedes-AMG GT Panamera…thing. Anyway, Chin is back with a new car, this one designed to pay tribute to the outgoing Dodge Viper and perhaps offer it a new lease on life. His compact four-door is ostensibly based on the Viper TA (Time Attack) but looks like it has been influenced by both the Dodge Neon SRT-4 from the front and the Mazda RX-8 from behind.

You may disagree with that description and it's your right to do so. What we can all agree on is that the Viper looks odd as a smooshed four-door. That being said it's not altogether awful looking. Imagine if it packed a twin-turbocharged four or six, the engines rumored to be SRT's focus in the future. Now we're talking. Yeah, it wouldn't be an 8.4-liter V10 monster capable of making 640 horsepower but it could still pack a six-speed manual. What do you think?
