What's the Better Corvette: 1963 Stingray or a 2007 Z06?

Comparison

Or are they even comparable?

Call it the generation gap. You could argue in favor of each one for hours and hours, but in the end there needs to be one winner. In one corner there’s the 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. Yes, with the split rear window that lasted for just one model year. In the opposite corner is the 2007 Corvette Z06. At the time of its launch, it was the most powerful and advanced Corvette ever. But which one is better? Which best portrays what the Corvette is all about?

These may just be impossible questions to answer, but a new show on the Motor Trend YouTube channel is attempting to do just that. Every week the show’s hosts compare a pre-1974 car against one built in more recent years. So which Corvette wins this matchup? Check out the video ahead to find out.
