Just admit that one is better than the rest.
In 1985, BMW began a benchmark phenomenon. That was the year in which the original E30 M3 went on sale. What BMW did, essentially, was to take an already exceptionally well-engineered car, shave some weight, and add more power. The formula was so simple it was brilliant. Add to the fact that it was a street legal version of a winning touring car made it all the better. Because of the E30's success, today there've been a total of five M3 (and now an M4) generations. Each has its fans and naysayers, but which is your favorite? Let us know in the comments.
