Which Supercar Did Horacio Pagani Just Add To His Stable?

This may be telling of the Pagani cars to come.

Horacio Pagani is one of the most passionate automobile entrepreneurs on the supercar scene. The cars in his stable should be indicative of what cars he personally feels are the best of the best. Not surprisingly he owns two cars that bear his name, a Zonda F and a Huayra. But he also claims ownership of a Ford GT, a Porsche Carrera GT, and possibly a McLaren P1. Apparently for Pagani, this wasn’t enough. He was recently spotted at the Ultracar Sports Club Event driving around in a new Porsche 918 Spider.

The bright blue Porsche is equipped with the Weissach package, which sheds 90 pounds off the stock 918 by replacing certain components with carbon fiber, titanium, magnesium, and ceramics. Pagani has recently been testing more hardcore versions of the Huayra and we suspect that he is using supercars from his own stable to take notes on how to build this ultimate version. Given Pagani’s recent drive of the McLaren P1 and his new 918 purchase, we'd guess that the hardcore Huayra will feature a hybrid powertrain, but for now we will have to wait and see. Let us know what you think of Pagani’s new ride in the comments below! Photos courtesy of Luca Crotti Photography.
