Um, we do, and so do you.
Bentley is currently putting the finishing touches to its upcoming and first-ever SUV, the Bentayga. Its interior was recently teased, but what we’re really looking forward to is the promise that it’ll be the most powerful SUV on the planet. How powerful? Top Gear claims the Bentayga will have VW Group’s new 6.0-liter W12 TSI engine under the hood, producing a ridiculous 600 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque. With that kind of thrust, expect the Bentayga to go from 0-62 mph in less than four seconds and have a top speed of around 186 mph.
What’s kind of funny here is that VW even claims that new W12 is environmentally friendly. How so? It’ll feature dual fuel injection with high pressure direct and low pressure manifold injection, twin-scroll twin-turbos, and cylinder deactivation. Expect the full reveal to happen this September at Frankfurt.
