That Christmas money sure may come in handy now
Got a spare million dollars lying around in holiday change? If so…well that's something to discuss, if not, welcome to the club. Many a rare car has been listed on the pages of eBay but here is Enzo's ultimate swan song, the famed F40. Heralded as one of the greatest, if not the greatest Ferraris of all time, the F40 has certainly entered cult-like status for gearheads. The carbon-fiber body work peers through some extremely thin clear coat, all in an effort to save precious grams of weight.
Speaking of weight, the proud stallion tips the scales at just under 2,500 pounds and has a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V8 delivering 478 horsepower to hurry it along. Do the math, that's a smoking 441 hp-per-ton. Given the miles (only 7,647) the asking price of $1.7 million seems fair as the value on F40 has continued to skyrocket, maintaining a flat one million and up price level. Though for those unwilling to part with that extra million dollars the Lego F40 can be yours for a fraction of the cost.
