The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R are some of the greatest muscle cars that have ever been engineered. The cars have a naturally-aspirated 5.2-liter flat-plane crankshaft V8 that is incredibly powerful. That is a large part of why the GT350s have become highly sought after. Thanks to Ford Performance Parts, you can now build a similar engine and shove it into anything your heart desires. That's right, you can get your hands on the aluminum engine block and matching cylinder heads from the same 5.2-liter motor in the GT350s.

Why choose these engine components over aftermarket ones? The GT350's engine block is bored out to 94 mm and has improved water passages for high-performance builds, while the CNC-ported heads have larger exhaust and intake valves than the stock 5.0-liter Coyote V8. The only thing you can't get from the catalog is Voodoo's signature flat-plane crank, which gives the GT350s its signature roar. Without that part, enthusiasts will have a rough time creating a carbon copy of the motor found in the GT350, but the available performance parts will have Ford fanatics well on their way to creating a monstrous engine.
