Remember those Lincoln commercials earlier this year featuring a rambling Matthew McConaughey? Really, how could anyone who saw at least one of them forget? But despite that post-stoner McConaughey-speak, those ads worked shockingly well, helping to push sales of the new MKC crossover to solid numbers. Not bad for the brand struggling to find new (and younger) buyers because its current crop is either dead or limited to driving golf carts around Boca.

And now McConaughey is back pitching the redesigned MKX, only this time he doesn't say a damn word. Three new commercials will soon air, and the one featuring the actor playing cards with a lizard cameo is most appropriate.
