Weismann's new luxury electric convertible is already a hit, and to help all of those very wealthy customers who will be speccing out their cars soon the company has created three limited edition concepts to help inspire the soon-to-be owners. The concepts were created in partnership with Studiokurbos, and take 'Project Thunderball' in very different directions.

The car is currently in a space of its own as a high-end electric roadster at least until the Tesla Roadster hits the streets, and we know that could still be quite a ways away with how Tesla works. This means we imagine Weismann wants to capitalize as much as possible on its head start and continue to get people excited.

The three concepts envision the ultimate customization of the vehicle and aim to be starting points for owners' imaginations to run wild. They also don't really have names, instead rather being described by the feelings they emit.

The first convertible is "inspired by the moment in time when you and your car become one." Set in a lovely shade of dark blue over a bright orange interior with cream and high-gloss teak accents, the concept is meant to invoke images of the wind in your face as your drive down the Cote D'Azur with the wind in your hair and we have to say, closing our eyes, we can see it.

The second is inspired by Jay Gatsby's version of the Roaring Twenties, meaning opulence and modernism are front and center. The car is finished in matte gold paint over a Burgundy interior with some velvet details throughout. It's in your face and bold; a fashion statement that vehicle that would have fit right at home in F. Scott Fitzgerald's famous novel.

The final concept is then described as a "stealth shadow across the sky, she slides into view." This is then the obligatory blacked-out concept that most vehicles come in these days. It features a matte black finish over a black leather interior with gloss black details and carbon fiber accents as well. From the pictures, it certainly looks great, but we can't help but think a blacked-out concept to 'inspire' wasn't really necessary.

Regardless, all three models do look fantastic and are a nice change from the silver press photos we've been seeing for half a year now. The silver car looks good, but there's something about these other designs that really allows the vehicle to shine more.

Here's hoping this helps to keep the popularity of the model high because as we said before, there are quite a few electric roadsters in the works that will aim to steal the Thunderball's lunch with much more power and some with even crazier looks.
