ReneeHughes, the Hoover, Alabama resident who woke up one morning to find that her 2014C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray had been attacked by acid, says she has no ideawho could have done this her car. So much so, that she is offering areward for any information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of thevandal. The pictures from Alabama offer a gruesome glimpse into what one personcan do to another person's prized possession.

Hughes' initial Facebook campaign to track down the perpetrator hasproduced further interest, with local news channels picking up the story andChevrolet dealers pitching in to raise the reward. With the reason for theattack still unknown, all we have are these sad pictures of the current stateof Hughes' ride.
