You Can Own A Vehicle From The Fast and the Furious

Celebrity

The original movie car even has Paul Walker’s signature.

The Fast and Furious franchise has its devoted fans that are enamored by the movie, but also has its critics that find the movie and its stunts juvenile. It doesn’t matter what side of the line you fall on, because the original “The Fast and the Furious” film was one of the best and now fans have the opportunity to own Jesse’s (played by Chad Lindberg) Volkswagen Jetta. The iconic sedan will cross the block at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2016 auction and is currently owned by actor Frankie Muniz.

Muniz bought the vehicle in 2002 when he was only 16 years old and has kept the vehicle in pristine condition. The 1995 Jetta has an on-board PlayStation 2, a custom stereo and the same body kit parts and insane graphics from the film. More notably, the vehicle was autographed by Paul Walker, Chad Lindberg and director Rob Cohen. Unlike the action-packed scene where Jesse drives the vehicles to Race Wars, the Jetta’s 2.0-liter four-cylinder is mostly stock and has a four-speed automatic. While that may be a little disappointing, we think this movie car will still go for a lot of money.
