Euro-spec Stang receives monster aftermarket package.
The Ford Mustang is slowly finding its way across the Atlantic, and already Europeans have the option of giving their pony cars a serious boost in performance. Thanks to German tuner GeigerCars, the Euro-spec Mustang GT, which comes with 421 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque, can be upgraded to deliver 709 hp and 521 lb-ft of torque by adding a supercharger to the 5.0-liter V8. As a result, 0-62 mph has dropped from 4.8 to 3.9 seconds and top speed has been pushed out to 190 mph.
On top of engine upgrades, the tuner offers a GT Performance package that beefs up the front suspension, adds Brembo brakes, as well as a stability control system, uprated cooling system, and a 3.73:1 final drive ratio with Torsen limited slip differential. The interior has also been enhanced with Recaro seats and a Shaker Pro sound system. Optional extras include a stainless-steel exhaust with valve control, 30-mm lowering springs and uprated anti-roll bars. The supercharger kit comes in at 18,900 Euros, while the car, complete with all the goodies, is priced at 82,900 Euros.
