We've made no effort to hide our excitement about BMW's latest M car, the M2. Set to make its North American debut in a couple of weeks at Detroit, the M2's turbocharged 3.0-liter-six will produce a total of 370 hp and 343 lb-ft of torque. Along with such features like Launch Control and an optional seven-speed dual-clutch (a six-speed manual is standard fare), you're looking at one of the best semi-affordable track toys (try a Nurburgring time of 7:58) on the market.

Heck, just drive it every damn day. It was certainly designed for that, too. But before its scheduled arrival, BMW Magazine created this one minute video of M2 awesomeness.
