For whatever reason, we missed the Zender-tuned Fiat 500 Abarth at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show but have made up for it with a full set of images of the white-hot pocket rocket. Dubbed the Abarth 500 Corsa Stradale ("Road Race") Concept, the aggressive carbon-fiber body kit consists of new front and rear fascias, widened fenders, side skirts, bulging rear wheel arches making room for a set of 18-inch alloys, massive rear spoiler, and a bumper/diffuser combo housing the stainless-steel exhaust pipes.

To match all that exterior menace, Zender squeezed an extra 76 horsepower from the 1.4-liter four-pot taking output to 236 hp and 247 lb-ft of torque. As a result, 0-62 mph comes in 0.7 sec quicker at 6.5 secs, 0-124 mph is clocked in 24.7 seconds and top speed increases from 130 to 144 mph. A height-adjustable coilover suspension improves handling and the Abarth's stance, while the cabin has been upgraded with two-tone leather, custom sports seats, and stainless-steel pedals and illuminated door sill strips. There are no current plans to put the concept into production but if you shout loud enough maybe Zender will bow to your request.
