Former Caterham boss, Ansar Ali, formed Zenos Cars to create his own track toys, and has followed up the E10 with something even more potent. Dubbed the E10 S, the new model comes powered by a 2.0-liter Ford EcoBoost unit rated at 250 hp and 295 lb-ft. Mounted midship, the new engine is 50 hp and 140 lb-ft more powerful than the E10's naturally-aspirated unit. Available with a range of transmissions, Zenos claims the E10 S can sprint from 0-60 mph in less than 4.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 135 mph.

Like its sibling, the E10 S is built around a carbon aluminum monocoque that helps keep curb weight down to 700 kg while increasing torsional rigidity. The Zenos E10 S sits on OZ alloys staggered 16/17 inches front/rear, uses a double wishbone suspension with Bilstein dampers, and has removable front and rear wings. A track pack adds a limited-slip differential, six-speed box, Zenos-designed composite seats, a quick-release steering wheel, four-point harness, new wheels, adjustable dampers and a heated driver's seat. Priced at £29,995, the E10 S is £5000 more than the E10, with the track pack taking it up to £32,995.
