You probably remember the Zenvo ST1 as the car Jeremy Clarkson verbally thrashed until it self-immolated. Well that was certainly bad press for the Danish hypercar manufacturer, and in a bid to correct such bad press they've unveiled two badass all-new models. They've played anagram (of sorts) with the name and called it the TS1. Featuring a 5.9-liter twin-supercharged V8 that produces upwards of 1,104 horsepower and 1,050 lb-ft of torque, the new engine takes over from the old 6.8-liter compound-charged LS-based unit.

The 5.9-liter features two centrifugal superchargers and Zenvo's own in-house developed flat-plane crank V8. The old ST1 was capable of hitting 60 mph in a whiplash-inducing 3.0 seconds flat and sped onto a top speed in excess of 230 mph. The TS1 features an integrated rear wing, revised aero, and improved cooling. So that's the model for ferrying you to the grocery store (and not self-immolating.) Zenvo also decided it would enter the hyper track car scrum with the TSR, using Danish might against new entries like the Aston Martin Vulcan. Full specifications have yet to be revealed about the TSR though it sports full racing slicks, a large front splitter and one massive rear wing.

We expect the TSR to bring all 1,100 of those horses to the table and channel them to the rear wheels via a seven-speed sequential transmission. Expect more news from the ferocious Danes in the coming days.
